Born in Wigan, moulded in Liverpool, made in Manchester. After studying Graphic Design & Illustration at Liverpool John Moores, the wiganese wizard joined us as an intern just before graduating. In five years he’s become a valued member of the team and an integral part of the culture at EC as our longest serving employee.
Working with a vast number of big clients including Tesco, Cygnet and Amazon, Jamie has used his creative storytelling and problem solving skills to help them achieve their HR goals. Working on such a range of projects has allowed Jamie to dip his finger in a lot of different fields and become a master of design.
Outside of his work, Jamie brings a lot to the studio with his ideas for our health & wellbeing committee, abnormal Harry Potter knowledge, array of terrible dad jokes and he’s also a big player in our weekly Friday challenge!
Favourite Project to Date
It has to be the Cygnet ‘I Care for Lives’ attraction campaign. I really loved how bold & brave the concept was. From the initial ideas, we knew we had something really strong. The way it was received was amazing and it was shortlisted for an award too.
Favourite Friday Playlist
The swingin’ sixties. One of the most basic ones but the 60’s is the pinnacle of commercial music and everyone was really on form for this one.
Dream Client
Ben & Jerry’s. They’re a bold brand that are putting their workers first and doing a lot for the environment, communities and general good causes.
