Working with Tesco, we created a range of videos, interviews and animations to make information about food waste easy to digest. This learning experience helped 200,000 people feel passionate about reducing food waste by engaging learners with the topic, connecting through emotion, and calling on colleagues to deliver the company’s commitment to zero-waste.
Cygnet: Social Care Recruitment
Cygnet faced a consistent struggle to attract suitable candidates through traditional active job-seeker media channels. This brand-led marketing campaign was developed to highlight the characteristics Cygnet were looking for to attract passive candidates, rather than appealing to people who were searching by job title.
First Bus: Health & Safety Explainer
To create a digital learning experience for First Bus, we used video to engage and communicate with employees new to the business. As one of the earliest touch points, and most important topics to include in onboarding, the First Bus video contained interactive features, animation and curated role-specific pathways to ensure relevance for every user.
Tesco: Digital Experience Support Video
We worked with Tesco to build a bespoke skills mapping solution for colleagues to understand their career options within the business. To support newcomers to the tool, we created informational videos that helped users to make the most of the system. After the launch of a new digital system, these personal interview-style explainer videos helped to onboard and engage more colleagues with the internal mobility available at Tesco.
Cognita Tutoring: “How To” Video
Cognita’s tutoring site had a range of features including creating an account, booking trial sessions, and signing up to tutoring that users could engage with. A video was created to support the launch of the new site to explain the functionality to users and ensure users could successfully interact with the system.
