The Impact

We recently worked with Tesco to develop a custom learning experience that allowed their employees to become qualified bakers. Previously, Tesco had struggled with completion rates due to a dated-looking and confusing to use online training system. With the new system in place, they were able to transform the experience, whilst maintaining their existing content. Overall, the new experience has had a positive impact on employee satisfaction and has helped Tesco to increase the number of skilled bakers in store – the proof is in the pudding!
